This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for EveryMemory subscriptions and purchases.

App Store purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, all billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
You must request a refund directly from Apple - for example at reportaproblem.apple.com, or via your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
We are not able to directly issue, cancel, or refund App Store payments, and refund decisions are made by Apple under its terms.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store subscription settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period.

If you subscribed through our website, your order is processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction by emailing [email protected]. Refunds for web purchases are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Cancelling a web subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
