Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryMemory mobile app and website ("the app", "the service") published by Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ, trading as "Cleanor" ("Cleanor", "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What EveryMemory is

EveryMemory provides memory games, brain games, and daily cognitive exercises for personal, non-commercial use, intended for entertainment, education, and general wellness.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome, including any improvement in memory, intelligence, cognition, or health. Results may vary from person to person. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

3. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

The app can be used with an anonymous account, or with an account you create using an email address, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and device, and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. When you sign in with Google or Apple, your use of that sign-in service is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and you authorize us to receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from them to create and secure your account. What we receive and how we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal & cancellation

• Some features require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown to you before you purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your payment method is charged for renewal at that time.
• App Store purchases: billing and renewal are managed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Web purchases: if you subscribe through our website, billing and renewal are handled by our payment provider; you can cancel from the app's subscription settings or by contacting us.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app - for example, by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its games, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Cleanor and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanor and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the app from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
